The Bahamas is made up of multiple islands, each with local taxi operators, tour providers, charter companies, rental services, and other businesses serving both residents and visitors.

A visitor planning a trip may need transportation, tours, fishing trips, boat charters, or other local services before arriving in The Bahamas.

At the same time, many local providers need greater visibility and a simpler way to receive booking opportunities online.

The challenge was to build one central platform capable of connecting visitors with local providers while supporting different islands, different service categories, different booking workflows, provider accounts, and a platform reservation fee system.

The Vision

MyBahamasHub was created as a Bahamas-focused booking marketplace where visitors can search for services based on the island they are visiting and the type of service they need.

Businesses can register on the platform free of charge from any participating island in The Bahamas.

Once approved, providers receive access to their own business dashboard and can become part of the MyBahamasHub booking network.

The platform was designed so a visitor anywhere in the world can explore Bahamas services and begin the reservation process before arriving in the country.

Built From the Ground Up

MyBahamasHub was not built as a simple brochure website.
